The Winning White: Antique White USA

My main criteria for the internal wall paint is that I don't want it to be too creamy / yellowish because my previous house was a creamy white and all my indoor photos needed to be white balanced properly with post processing. There are so many whites to choose from though and after a while most of the different shades of off white start to look the same. Lucky for me, Dulux has a most popular awards brochure The most popular colour is Antique White USA ... "It’s a perfect “ivory” – not pure white or cream, but somewhere in-between!" Sounds perfect enough for me! After googling a bit about this special Antique White USA, it is indeed pretty popular. Apparently the 'architect tip' is to do normal Antique White USA for the walls, double or triple strength gloss for the doors and trimmings, and 1/4 strength for the ceilings. This is what I'll be following, except I will probably do normal Ceiling White so I don't have to go mixing it and hoping Bunnings
